• Payment Information: Billing details processed through PayMongo. We do not store your credit card or GCash/Maya credentials.
• Resume Data: Resume content, job descriptions, and profile photos you upload for our AI tools. This data is processed to generate your documents and is not shared with third parties.
• Job Application Data: Company names, roles, statuses, dates, and notes you enter in the Job Application Tracker.
If you choose to connect your Gmail account for automatic job application tracking:
• We access only email metadata (sender, subject line, date) from job-related emails.
• We never read, store, or access the body/content of your emails.
• We extract only: company name, job role, and application status from email subject lines.
• Email metadata is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after extracting job information.
• You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from your Google Account settings.
• Browser type, device information, and IP address.
• Usage data via Google Analytics (anonymized).
• To provide and maintain our services (AI resume builder, cover letter generator, interview coach, proposal writer, job tracker).
• To process payments and deliver purchased digital products.
• To automatically track your job applications via Gmail (only if you opt in).
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, download links).
• To improve our services and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with:
• Supabase: Database and authentication provider (stores your account and job application data).
• PayMongo: Payment processing (handles your payment securely).
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Processes resume/cover letter content to generate optimized documents. No data is retained by Anthropic after processing.
• Google APIs: Gmail read-only access for job tracking (only if you opt in). We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Vercel: Hosting provider.
Digipora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
• We only use Gmail data to automatically detect and track job application status changes.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to job tracking.
• We do not allow humans to read your email data unless required for security purposes or legal compliance.
• We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the job tracking feature.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Row Level Security (RLS) in our database — users can only access their own data.
• OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication.
• No plain-text password storage.
• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Resume/cover letter data is retained temporarily for download delivery, then automatically deleted.
• Job application tracker data is retained until you delete it or your account.
• Gmail email metadata is processed in real-time and never stored.
You have the right to:
• Access your personal data stored in our systems.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Disconnect Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings or our dashboard.
• Opt out of analytics tracking.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
